This one is sort of a remake of an old favorite: The Holy Fiver. The idea is, OK, so let’s pick five exercises, and do five reps of each. And then maybe we’ll even do five rounds.
So, you go:
5 x double swing
5 x clean and press
5 x front squat
5 x bent row
5 x push up
As many rounds as you can muster in 10 – 15 minutes.
