Well today is that big art party I was talking about, the one we are having all our friends over for. So I can’t spend too much time talking about working out but I can spend some. And by the way, I met Keith Olberman last night since he and Christine’s dad came over for dinner. He’s a goofy kind of fellow with a thick, red beard and a strong set of sets. I think he will be just the person for helping us with whatever needs to get done around the house.
But a lot of people been talking about snatching like it’s the new kind of swing. I guess in some ways it is the new kind of swing. So figured why not do a workout with some snatching in it.
This one is really a lot of conditioning and so you want to be quick with it but make sure your technique isn’t going all over the place but is nice and steady. By the time you are done you are going to feel a lot stronger and that a lot of body fat has been blasted off. Ready?

Pat, Whenever I do snatches I end up with bruises on the back of my arm just above the wrist. Advice, please?
