Regarding life I believe it is better to be strong than to be weak, better to be mobile than to be stuck, and better to study than to be stupid.
To expand a little on each point:
1. Better to be strong than to be weak. Strength is the capacity that lifts all other capacities. The stronger you are, the more cool things you can do; the leaner you can be, the more muscle you can hold, the greater your potential work capacity is, and to a large extent, the more flexible you can be, too.
2. Better to be mobile than to be stuck. Strength can only be expressed if you have room to express it. Some say get mobile before you get strong. I say, why wait? Get both at the same time, as much as you can. Be greedy.
3. Better to study than keep stupid. The human body, in all its infinite complexities, deserves constant probing, investigation, exploration, and experimentation. It is so utterly fascinating; its ingenuity, adaptability, and capabilities so deeply and wildly beguiling. To give it anything less than your full admiration, respect, and curiosity is a direct insult to nature.

PS – I’m working on finishing my new minimalist nutrition protocol based deeply on the One Meal a Day approach. It will be available only to Inner Circle members as part of phase-2 (the most demanding fat-loss phase) for The Becoming Minimalist Master Class. If you want it, when it’s done, then sign up HERE. I’ll give you some other cool stuff to hold you over in the meantime, too.
