Breakfast is whatever meal you eat first in the day. It does not have to be in the morning. Now some people (like people on the internet, like me, but in this case not actually me, but more like other people) say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What they mean is you should eat in the morning if you don’t want to be fat because it seems people who don’t eat in the morning are fat.
I actually can dispel this myth, and the short of it is that most people who are skipping breakfast aren’t doing so to reap the health benefits of something like intermittent fasting. They are doing so because they are already unhealthy and getting McDonald’s for lunch.
But I would say is breakfast–whenever that is, and I talk in the video about some of the pros of maybe not having your first meal until around about noon–is still the most important meal of the day. Why do I say this, you ast’? Well I say this because the first meal you eat sets the tone for the rest of the meals you eat. So if you start your first meal (“breakfast”) off with a very healthy and delicious selection of vegetables and lean proteins and even quality fats then you are more likely to continue along with that way of eating until Matlock comes on. That is the thrust of it essentially.
Now let me talk to you about what I would say some of the healthiest options are for “breakfast.”
