Well the kettlebell swing is a really good exercise guys, and I think we know that. But maybe there are some other ways we can have fun with it? Of course there are. So let me show you the start-stop swing and the overload swing. These are good for learning and also for working out. I think you’ll like them.

Kettlebell Start-Start Swing Chain
Heavy Bell – 3 reps
Medium Bell – 5 reps
Light Bell – 8 reps
AMRAP in 10 minutes.
