This is me, guys–upside down!
The best tool for motivation is results. Nothing builds confidence like winning does, just as nothing teaches you more about life than losing will.
When setting goals, go for the big ones, but also get a good number of wins out of the gate.
Here’s, let’s talk about this.
Strong ON!

Your talk resonated. I will likely not finish your 21 day extreme challenge, but I feel successful. I am stronger, pain free, and I love being almost carb free. I probably lost 5#, got though the tiredness, and feel sharp and fit. My main goal is to feel good after a workout, and do something hard, but do it well. Yesterday, I did a workout from one of your unnamed “competitors” (they give away workouts, but try to sell pretty tasty looking kettlebells), and was so happy, because, when I started snatching a 24kg, I had to confirm the weight, because it felt really light, like a 16kg. Before my shoulder injury, I threw around 24kg Bells. Now I am back, and I feel great. Little victories are great. Sorry about the length, I am Irish and, as my mother said, have the gift of gab.
Little victories ARE great. Congrats on making the 24kg.
