Every once in a while the devil gets into me and I’m impelled to bring to life some such atrocity as this. I call it: The 10 Minute Complete Kettlebell Workout.
The goal is to go over just about everything with this one: strength, mobility, power, and endurance, right along with the utter destruction of all things that might just so happen to be a calorie. Collateral damage acceptable.

The 10 Minute Complete Kettlebell Workout
Round 1: 2 minutes x deconstructed get ups (slower than what’s comfortable)
Round 2: 30 seconds (each side) x one arm swing, clean and press, reverse lunge, windmill
Round 3: 30 seconds x sumo deadlift, double clean and press, front squat, bent over row
Round 4: 2 minutes x snatch (faster than what’s comfortable)
Men use 16 – 24kg; women, 8 – 16kg.
