If you’re new to training with kettlebells, you’ll find a series of tutorials on the fundamental exercises (swing, squat, get up, etc) below. Practice these often, and become as comfortable and confident as you can with them. Some of these videos are from when I had short hair.
For most of these exercises, I recommend starting with a 16 – 20kg (men); 8 – 12kg (women).
