About Your Instructor
Pat Flynn

While his academic backgrounds are in economics (undergrad) and philosophy (masters), Pat has been a full-time professional writer and online entrepreneur since 2009. He has authored five, best-selling books (most recently, How to Be Better at (Almost) Everything, before that, Paleo Workouts for Dummies and Fast Diets for Dummies), is a lifelong musician, black belt in Tae Kwon Do, fitness consultant to professional athletes and United States Special Forces, and convert to the Catholic faith. 

Pat has become known for his twin-philosophies of minimalism and generalism. Specifically, finding the ideal intersection between effectiveness (doing the right things) and efficiency (doing things right) for any of life’s major goals, and focusing on breadth, as much as depth, of skill, to form more competitive and creative advantages.
