I am happy to see these are on iTunes. I might have to add it to my regular podcast list. I was not sure what to think about this episode initially, wondering how strength training, philosophy, and God would be connected based on the title, but you did it!

Pat, I truly enjoy coming back here for your compelling content. The Pat Flynn Show has some of the most eclectic content out there. I think it’s important that you and Dr. Vost are talking about something we’re all facing or will face (God willing)-the aging process. I’ve been fascinated by the possibilities of strength training as I get older. I just hit the big 5-0 and figured strength training would be a waste. I learned I was wrong and that the body still has a remarkable ability to maintain strength. Thanks for pointing out the importance of SAFE strength training. Dr. Vost and you were a real blessing to me. Thanks again.

We are definitely all gonna face the aging process regardless if you go through all that beauty technology thingamajigs, you are just delaying what’s already gonna happen to you anyway. Interesting how you were able to put together your perspectives on strength training, philosophy and God altogether! As always, I’d like to point how you strengthen the points you raise up Pat with a research you’ve gone through or a book you’ve read. Definitely learned a lot on this podcast and I’m hoping to learn more and more from you and the guests you may have! 🙂
