I appreciate the cortisol comment in relation to watching “The Walking Dead”… I’ve caught myself subjecting myself to unnecessary stress at times during quarantine and it’s always nice to be reminded that it’s a real thing.

My wife wasn’t able to sleep whenever she watched Walking Dead! Granted, she’s perhaps a bit more sensitive to the horror genre than most, but still… hitting your body with a series of mini panic attacks before going to bed… probably has an impact!
