I truly enjoy these excellent pod cast. You always walk away with one or two gems, which can easily be implemented in your workout routines helping you trying new areas or simply tweaking your approach a bit to maximize your efforts even further…
Especially The Program is something I really have embraced and build a few variations around. So if Strength and Condition are something you aim for I suggest you spend the 25 min on this podcast….
