Miracle-gro for the brain? My brain needs all the help I can get so you can be certain I am going to look into alternate day fasting, not only for the weight-loss benefits, but for the other physical benefits such as brain benefits. Thanks for sharing these other health-related benefits!

I’ve done fasting for religious purposes so the concept isn’t new to me. What is new is the number of health benefits discussed here. I haven’t fasted in some time, but I’m assessing it as an ideal health practice. The weight loss benefits sound promising, but I’m more interested in the other benefits. Anyone care to share their experiences with alternate day fasting?
