So this was the first podcast I’ve ever heard of yours and it was very informative a lot of things that you talked about I have struggled with him still contending with in different areas I’ve enjoyed fasting and have done quite a bit in the past and plan to in the future

Pat, I really enjoyed this episode. I am someone who has struggled with binge eating since I was 12 or 13. And, interestingly, I don’t think I started to really get a handle on it until I started micro-fasting (as one of your clients).
At the same time, I started meditating…and for the first time I actually got results with my nutrition and exercise.
*just putting all of this 2gether now…*
I wouldn’t say that I am “cured”…but I am def more aware and if I indulge, I am aware of why I am doing it. Shame and stress are my biggest triggers.
So…thanks for the show. And your transparency on it. I need to figure out how to subscribe to your podcast and will be doing that, too.
Have you done any shows on body image because that was a big one for me too…
