Side note, I love cherries too. They are so delicious and so healthy for you. I feel bad I missed the certification class as I’m fascinated by the concept of generalism and increasing my expertise. I never knew there were such important strategies for nutrition. Thanks for the nutrition strategy and the explanation of doing 5 days normal/2 days intense. I never thought about a nutrition plan like you mentioned (or an exercise program as you mentioned). You do everything normal, but do something intense for just two days. Whether it’s a fast or two days of intense workouts, you’re going to see results. I like the example and as you mentioned, it might not be the ideal plan, but it’s perfectly sustainable and will work. And yes, dieting is stressful. Glad you mentioned it!
