If you want to be a successful person you should do things in the morning that will make it so. One example is you should meditate, like that guy. Another is you should exercise. Another is you should have a time to get to work and make it the same time everyday and at the same place. This programs your subconscious, creative mind to kick in. For me it is 9am, at The Buttery.

Great advice! I definitely think getting into the routine is the hardest part, but once you are there it just keeps getting easier with each passing day. I once read that habits start to develop after 28 days, so if you can stick with a routine for at least 28 days, then you’ve successful programmed your subconscious. I also think you should start the day how you wish to continue – if you start by centering yourself with meditation, then switching yourself on with some exercise, you’re bound to have a productive day.
Do you create these little guys yourself? He’s pretty awesome.
