When the idea first struck me, I wasn’t sure how it’d pan out, so I tested it on my subje–kettlebell class. They were pleased with the effect, so then I tried it, and was pleased, too. Not the best story I’ve ever told, but, whatever.

I liked that one so well I started last week. It breaks up the 300 swings beautifully.

this is truly awesome Pat. One thing I have added to this is my tabatta stopwatch to control the tempo of the work.
The full set of 20 swings and 1 armor-building complex requires about 60 seconds, and so I set rest/pause intervals at 60 seconds each for 8 rounds of work. The final minute I spend in the plank position.
I find this extremely effective!!
Thank you my brother!
