**When: The Swing! Workshop will be held live on Zoom on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at 2pm ET. Squat! and Get Up! dates are TBD but slated for July and August, respectively.
**What We'll Be Covering: As the names of each of the workshops implies, we'll be taking a nitty gritty up-close-and-personal look at the Big 3 kettlebell movements, one at a time.
Plus - attendees will receive a 14-day "Minimalist Challenge" for each virtual workshop to help program that specific technique, have fun with the movement, and build strength/blast fat/boost muscle
**What You'll Need: A Computer or Phone and a kettlebell to participate in the workshop. Come ready to sweat! This isn't a sit on the couch in your sweats and eat Doritos type of virtual event.
**What You Get: Expert instruction from Coach Pat Flynn on how to safely and efficiently perform each of the fundamental kettlebell movements. Plus access to the 14-day Minimalist Challenge that you can implement at home to take full advantage of what was covered in each workshop.
